Fiordilatte, Burrata, Buffalo Mozzarella… which one do you like the best? Italians would say it is very much depending on the occasion and where in Italy they happen to be. At The Wine Hive, we make it happen all in one! Every Wednesday, we will have a special tasting dish with the 3 most popular cheeses in the Mozzarella range. Locally made, stored at the right temperature (we will explain why we say so…), paired with some own grown tomatoes and of course, beautiful wine.
