Edward Young’s quote perfectly fits me and Ami. We met “some time” ago because of our common love for wine. Since than, I am fascinated by her creativity at the stove which knows no boundaries. She creates the most amazing dishes out of nothing… and after tasting her creations, you just wish there is more time, more space in your stomach just to keep eating her food. She loves South Africa and visits as often as she can. This time, I have asked her to create her magic in the little Wine Hive kitchen for one special night for you.
